Supportive Leadership: show concern for the well being n personal needs of subordinates

Directive Leadership: provide specific guidance for subordinates by setting standards of performance, scheduling n coordinating work efforts, n asking subordinates to follow rules n regulations

Achievement-oriented leadership: setting challenging goals, seeking improvements in performance, emphasizing excellence in performance n showing confidence that subordinates will achieve high levels of performance [I practice this one]

Participative Leadership: solicit suggestions n advice from subordinates n take this information into account when making decisions
